Some varieties of cassava may require different methods of preparation for human consumption, such as grating, soaking, fermenting. Please carefully research the variety you have so you can properly prepare it. Undercooked or cassava can be deadly.
Aloha! In this video I teach you everything i know about growing, harvesting, and cooking cassava. It is an amazing plant that is very easy to grow, and produces lots of food to help achieve food sovereignty for you and your family. It is a staple in our garden!
