It is my very first time making puerro Rican pernil , I tried this dish last year and I thought it was delicious so I been wanting to make it at home , well today is the day that we finally decide to cook Pernil. Hope you enjoy this amazing recipe

2 tablespoons Onion powder
2 tablespoons Seasoning
2/3 olive oil
10 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
