How to SET UP a ZOOM MEETING on a computer

Here's how you can set up a Zoom meeting using your computer.

In this video, you'll see exactly how to schedule a Zoom meeting on the desktop. This allows you to set up a meeting in advance and send the invitation out.

When you schedule a Zoom meeting, you get the option to set the meeting for a different time zone.

You can set up a Zoom meeting ahead of time, and the people you invite can add the invitation to their calendar. When the meeting time comes around, they click on the link you've sent them and can join the meeting.

You can use Zoom for free, although group meetings are limited to 40 minutes on the free plan.
