➤ Makes: 20 Nankhatai (Around 500 grams)

➤ Ingredients:
• 1 cup - Plain Flour (Maida)
• 3 TBSP - Semolina (Rava/Suji) - Fine
• ½ cup - Gram Flour (Besan)
• ½ tsp - Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp - Baking Soda
• 1 tsp - Green Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
• 1 Pinch - Salt
• ¾ cup - Clarified Butter (Ghee) at room temperature
• ¾ cup - Sugar - powdered
• Some - Pistachios (Pista) - slivered
• Some - Almonds (Badam) - slivered

1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml
