This exercise aims to involve the upper body muscles with enough time to rest in between. Kids will exercise their arms, shoulders and back through an incredible set of movements, to strengthen these muscles, develop motor coordination and also improve their posture. This can make it easier for the little ones to control smaller hands and fingers movements. Stronger arms, shoulders, and back will also help kids move better in their daily activities.
