How to make Idli || South Indian style Idli recipe

Hi Everyone,
Today I will show you Idli recipe. Idli is a popular South Indian breakfast recipe made by rice (chawl) and urad dal(black gram whole). So let's learn the delicious and healthy recipe only on "Soumali's Kitchen". Hope you enjoy them and learn something new from this video.

Ingredients:
Rice -  2 cups
Urad dal - 1/2 cup,

Method:
Soak the rice and urad dal separately for overnight.

Grind the rice and urad dal separately with little bit of water and make a smooth past,

Mix them well, keep aside for 3-4 hours in room temperature.

Grease the idli tray and put the batter. Set the trays on the boiled water pan and keep the lid off.

Wait for 7-10 mins to get a perfect idli.

Serve with chutney.
