Hello Everyone, Welcome back to Bapama's Kitchen! Today, we will show you how to make a super delicious dessert idly known as dhuddi sannana, made using a batter consisting of grated coconut, rice rava, sour buttermilk, beaten rice, and jaggery, garnished with some cashew nuts and raisins.

Forget boring desserts! Dive into pure heaven with Doodhi Sannana, the superb treat that's sweet, fluffy and rich!  It's an idly-brownie hybrid made with creamy coconut, tangy buttermilk, and rich jaggery, bursting with cardamom's warm touch.  Top it off with nutty cashews and juicy raisins for an explosion of textures and flavors! I think you could call it a healthy brownie and will pair up really well with some ice cream!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Grated Coconut
100 Grams Rice Rava
200 ml Sour Buttermilk
35 Grams Beaten Rice
150 Grams Jaggery
10 - 12 Powdered Cardamom (Elaichi)

DRY FRUITS:
Cashewnuts
Raisins
(Can add more if you like)
