Writing to, and reading from EEPROM using address in EEPROM-AtMega328P

In this video a program is written to do the following:
-Set up PB5 as an output pin.
-Set up Port C (PC0 to PC5) as inputs and activate the internal pullup resistors.
-Write the data 0x28 to address 0x5F in EEPROM. Do this outside the while (1) loop.
-You must now read the data being placed on PORTC and compare the data in address 0x5F in EEPROM.
-If the EEPROM data and PORTD data are the same, switch on the LED on PB5, else, switch it off.
