How to pickle radishes fast.

I want to share with you how I pickle my radishes. This is fast and easy and can be ready within 30 minutes. I like to leave them in the fridge overnight before serving them but that is not necessary. These are crisp, tangy and delicious. What a great addition to salads, tacos or sandwiches. Enjoy!

Pickled Radishes Recipe -

2 bunches radishes — thinly sliced or quartered
2 small garlic cloves - optional
1 tablespoon peppercorns - optional
1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds - optional
1 cup white distilled vinegar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar


Place the sliced radish, garlic, peppercorns and coriander in a jar.

Add the vinegar, water, salt and sugar in a small pan and heat it. Stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Remove from heat.

Pour the warm liquid over the radishes. If it is boiling, wait for it to cool down a bit.

Press in the radishes and make sure they are fully submerged.

Wait until it is completely cooled down, cover and refrigerate overnight. If you want to eat them right away pickle for at least 30 minutes.

Enjoy on salads, tacos or sandwiches.

These pickles will last you in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in a closed container.
