Belt Series - Shoulder and lower body series... Using a belt as a prop is a good way to get extra length in a stretch while maintaining muscle control and stability. There are two parts of this video, a shoulder series and a lower body series. Do each movement from 3-8x slowly and with body awareness being careful not to overstretch. The shoulder series will aid in shoulder mobility as well as help a recovery stretch for the shoulders after a lot of paddling. The lower body series is aimed at stretches that will help in hip mobility by targeting muscles like the glutes, hamstrings, calves as well as hip adductors and abductors.
