This is a Microsoft Access tutorial covering, how to create a sales database part 1. The tutor starts off by creating a customer table and a products table. The tutor explains how validation rules and default field settings work. In the product table calculated fields are used to work out vat and total sales. The tutor then creates a relationship between the two tables and creates a query displaying customer sales. This is an Access database tutorial, covering table design, calculated fields, query design and table relationships. This is part 1 of the sales database series. Microsoft Access is a relational database package.
