One Lid for all functions!!! another excellent idea in the kitchen gadget world that works very well in my humble opinion...I show clips from a few of the things I have used it for so far ( Chuck Roast, Apple Bread Cake, Whole Chicken and a Butternut Squash) using the Steam and fry, Steam and bake and the pressure cook feature using the Thermometer...and everything has turned out very good so far... and the Steam and fry / Steam and bake functions have exceeded my expectations and turned out some really good results!!!
