Chinchikurin" began as a small okonomiyaki restaurant with seven seats 25 years ago. Now it has 9 restaurants in Hiroshima, 2 in the Kanto region, and has even expanded to Los Angeles. This is a restaurant that is bringing the taste and culture of Hiroshima to the world.
This time, we filmed a lively night at the Yagenbori main restaurant, which is full of vitality and energy. We also asked them about the story behind their expansion into the LA market, as well as a fun story about their appearance in a Taiwanese Youtuber video. Please enjoy the video to the end!
