We uploaded a video of "Chinchikurin" a few months ago, and this time we shot the Miyajima-guchi branch. The Miyajima-guchi branch is right in front of the ferry terminal, a spacious restaurant with a view of the sea. It was full of foreign tourists on their way to and from Miyajima Island.
We also had a chance to talk with the CEO of the restaurant, who was standing at the grill that day. He talked about iron plates, the U.S., and even the current okonomiyaki restaurants in Hiroshima.
Chinchikurin has expanded to 9 restaurants in Hiroshima, 2 in the Kanto region, and 3 in Los Angeles. Please enjoy their thoughts and daily life!
