Using the silicone mold I found at the 100-yen shop Can Do, I made an Imagawayaki-style pancake with melted cheese. This time, I used silicon molds that can be cooked in a frying pan.  I didn't know how to cook them properly, so I burned them the first time, but the second time was a success! The silicon molds were convenient because I could easily make pancakes with good shape.
I want to deliver it to Qrais's SukiNezumi, who is always in pursuit of cheese. I also added a cheese pattern for easy understanding. Eat your stomach full.

Recipe (for 4 pancakes)
Ingredients
6 slices of melting cheese (15g x 6 slices, 90g)

35g cream cheese
15g granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
30g milk
25g maple syrup
5g lemon juice
80g cake flour
3g baking powder

2 egg whites
30g granulated sugar

4 slices of cheese for decoration

To make
Grease a silicone mold with butter.
Cut 6 slices of melting cheese into 4 equal pieces.

1.Smooth 35g of cream cheese.
2.Add 15g of granulated sugar and 2 egg yolks in order and mix each time.
3.Add 30g of milk, 25g of maple syrup and 5g of lemon juice in order and mix each time.
4.Sift in 80g of cake flour and 3g of baking powder and fold.

5.Add 30g of granulated sugar to 2 egg whites in several additions and mix to make a firmly foamed meringue.
6.Add 1/3 of (5) to (4) and mix thoroughly.
7.Add (6) to the rest of (5) and mix without crushing the foam.
8.Pour half of (7) into the silicon mold.
9.Add the melting sliced ​​cheese and the rest (7).
10.Place (9) in a non-stick pan, cover with a lid, and turn on the heat.
11.Cook over medium heat for the first minute, then on low heat slightly stronger than the weakest for 6 minutes.
12.Add a small amount of hot water and steam for 2 minutes.
13.When the surface is dry, drain off the water and turn over.
14.When they are well browned, remove from heat and unmold.
15.I decorated it with the cheese cutter from Can do.
16.It's ready. When it cools down, heat it up in the microwave for about 40 seconds, and the cheese will be nice and melty. SukiNezumi, please come and eat tonight.
