Bodycam DUI Arrest - Drunk 24-Year-Old Hits a Tree and Blames it on Her Tire

On May 3, 2024, Roswell Police Officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident.  Officer Watkins made contact with the 24-year-old driver of the Dodge Charger.  The vehicle had significant damage from striking a tree and curb.   The woman admitted to consuming a cider at a local brewery.  She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests and at the conclusion, she was arrested for DUI.   At the Roswell police station, she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.17%.  She was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence and for failure to maintain lanes.  Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
