How to Prepare a Japanese Saikyo Miso-yaki Marinade for Fish, Chicken, or Tofu

I use Japanese amberjack in the video, but the marinade works great with salmon, black cod, and other whitefish 🐟

If you use the marinade for tofu, remember to remove water by pressing before marinating-- it'll prevent soggy watery tofu!
