Today, I made a Basque Cheesecake with a soft milk taste.
I added a lot of condensed milk to the Basque Cheesecake batter to add a milky taste!

🥛🧀 Milk Basque Cheesecake 🥛🧀

▶ Material ◀ 1 15x7cm circular No. 1 fan
Preheat to 464℉ (240℃), bake for 11 minutes at 446℉ (230℃), then lower the temperature to 392℉ (200℃) and bake for another 15 minutes.


400g cream cheese
70g sugar
60g Condensed milk (It can be made by replacing condensed milk with sugar, but this video was made to make a milk-flavored Basque cheesecake, so if possible, I hope you add condensed milk.)
125g eggs
205g heavy cream
5g cornstarch (If you don't have it, you can replace it with the same amount of cake flour.)


◼ How to store ◼
- It tastes better if you eat it after aging for a day! Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. When refrigerated, eat within 5 days. To keep longer, store in the freezer.
