Do you remember opening a jar of Cheese Whiz for crackers or the kid’s grilled cheese sandwiches? We didn’t know how bad it was for us and for them! It sure tasted good though, right? Today, I’m going to show you this delicious cheddar spread recipe that is healthy, oil free and vegan. I’m also going to show you how to can the plant-based cheese in jars, so you are able store it in your pantry! So convenient. Just like it used to be! When you make it yourself, you have total control of the fat, salt, and sugar!
