Curry Goat Recipe

Ingredients List

1kg goat meat
1 tsp salt & black pepper
1 tsp complete seasoning / all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp green seasoning
3-4 tbsp curry powder (betapac & barons) can use curry powders of your choice
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 garlic clove
4 sprigs thyme
2 mini green peppers
2 spring onions
4 cups hot water
2 small potatoes
4 pimento berries


Cook on low heat throughout for up to 2hrs or more
