What to expect from a distal clavicle resection surgery | AC joint osteolysis | Mumford procedure

I have just undergone AC joint surgery, and wanted to share my experience in case someone out there is about to go through the same ordeal. There will be some graphic pictures in this video, but I wanted to get as much real info out there, so you will know what to expect.
This injury is common in overhead athletes and weight lifters. Having gone through two shoulder surgeries, which are no fun at all, please take care of those complex shoulder joints!
