In this video, Michelle guides you through 10 Grip, Pinch, Hand, and Wrist Strengthening Exercises using a Power-Web™. This is a follow along exercise routine that will help you work toward your goal of increasing your grip, pinch, wrist, and arm strength. We will do 10 repetitions of 10 different  exercises, including a cool down stretch at the end. . I'll be doing the exercises on my left hand but you can do them on whichever hand you need to build power.

These are a great addition if you are rehabbing an injury, or just looking to increase your hand and wrist strength.
