SISIG CRISPY PATA (exact ingredients below) SISIG means "to snack on something sour", it is a Kapampangan dish, composed of pig’s head and liver, mixed with onions, chili and seasoned with kalamansi or lemon. However, since I have leftover Crispy Pata I decided to make it Sisig. It is perfect for pulutan with a glass of beer.
