Bhindi Masalaingredients:500 gm - Bhindi
Bhindi Masala
ingredients:
500 gm - Bhindi ( Slit from Middle and Fry them and Keep aside )
Take a Mortar n Pastel and add
5 no - Garlic Clove ( Big Size )
1+1/2 tbsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Crush them
Take a Plate and add above Paste then add
3 tbsp - Raw Peanuts crushed and removed Skin
2 tbsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
2 tsp - Sugar Powder
1/2 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
Salt to taste
1 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Besan Sev Coarsely Crushed
Mix Properly
1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix and Keep aside
Put above Masala , Above the Bhindi Fry and add
2 tbsp - Hot Oil
Mix Properly and Serve
