How to Make Crispy Chicken Wings in the Weber Kettle

In this video i'm going to show you how to make crispy chicken wings in the Weber kettle! Then later in the video i'll show you a quick and easy jalapeno/lime sauce recipe too!
Here's the recipes we used in this video below:
Homemade rub:
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons paprika
Jalapeno and lime sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green jalapenos (de-seed if sensitive to spice)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 tablespoons parsley (can use coriander)
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- Pinch of salt
- Drizzle of olive oil
For reference, I cooked these crispy chicken wings in the Weber kettle at around 500F/260c until the skin was crispy. Always make sure you cook your chicken wings until they are at least 165F/74c internal.
Now go make some chicken wings!
