Gas Can Modifications. Adding a Vent, and Making the Spout Easier to Use.

I use gas cans a lot, for lawn and garden equipment as well as refilling my cars.  The new cans are made to be "safer" and more environmentally friendly.  They fail on both counts.  When I use the new cans, I end up spilling more gas than I ever did with the old cans.  I added some modifications to make the cans a little easier to use, without compromising safety or environmentally friendliness.
