I have 2 exercises that I am currently doing to help improve my neck (cervical spine) extension mobility and strength, to help with pain, stiffness and posture during the day at the computer as well as the position on the bike when I am down on the aero bars.
The Foam Roller is a good tool to help the mobility and using a flat theraband for isometric strengthening works really well.
