MILLION DOLLAR COCKTAIL 🍸
60 ml / 2 oz Gin
30 ml / 1 oz Red Vermouth
15 ml / 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
7,5 ml / 0.25 oz Grenadine
1 Egg White / Vegan Alternative
Shake all ingredients without ice for about 20 seconds. Add some ice and shake again for another 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
Rumor has it that Ngiam Tong Boon created this recipe at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Others say it’s credited to Louis Eppinger at the Grand Hotel in Yokohama, but no one really knows for sure.
