This pineapple rum cocktail is a super easy 3 ingredients cocktail recipe that will transport you to an exotic Island getaway. All you need is pineapple juice, rum a splash of lime juice and some ice. It's that easy and super Tasty!
I prefer fresh pineapple juice - but you can use store bought pineapple juice as well.
For the rum I used spiced rum, but any kind of rum will work.
Amount needed for one serving:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 shot or one Jigger or rum ( 3 Tbsp.)
squeeze of fresh lime juice
ice
