Black Sesame Laddu | Ellu Unde | Kala Til Ladoo | Chiguli - Sumana's Kitchen

Hi guys today I m here with a sweet dish which can be prepared very easily in a jiffy - Black Sesame Laddu

Sesame seeds, popularly known as ‘Til‘ in Hindi, ‘Nuvvulu‘ in Telugu, ‘Ellu‘ (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada), ‘Teel‘ in Marathi and ‘Til‘ in Bengali are the oldest condiment known to mankind. They are nutty and fragrant seed variants. They are a high protein veggie diet which prevent diabetes, cure anaemia, improve cardiovascular and bone health, provide relief from arthritis and so on.
