My baby girl Milena on this video is 19 months old.
I would recommend this class  to all  babies who can easily sit by themselves and of course to all toddlers.

Toddlers are a very fun and _________ (you name it) stage!
Some days we love them more than anything else in the world, but some days are just _______ (fill the blank) ;)
.
I always find that mommy & me yoga not only creates a stronger bond with your little ones, but also yoga is so amazing for healthy development for your child.
No matter how many minutes I`ll catch her to practice with me, every minute is a blessing,
.
I strongly recommend and encourage every mom to develop a regular practice of yoga with your love bug/s.
