I`m 14 weeks pregnant & my baby girl Milena is 22 months old on this video.
This practice would be great to all babies who can easily sit by themselves and of course to all toddlers.

I always find that mommy & me yoga not only creates a stronger bond with your little ones, but also yoga is so amazing for healthy development for your child.
No matter how many minutes I`ll catch her to practice with me, every minute is a blessing,
.
I strongly recommend and encourage every mom to develop a regular practice of yoga with your love bug/s.   Do whatever you can do and just enjoy the moment. Take a video of yourselves to create sweet and joyful memories!
