一道超容易即美味的點心食譜糕点, 番薯杯子糕(素 Vegan) Steamed Sweet Potato Cup Cakes

传统特色的美味糕点,有浓浓的椰汁味,
带点咸味的椰丝配上紫/橙番薯糕,QQ的口感,
意想不到的清新滋味,
好吃.

分量 ( 可做18到20粒) (to make 18~20 pcs )
材料: Ingredients:
300克 橙色番薯 - 300g orange colour sweet potato
150克 木薯粉 - 150g tapioca flour
300ml 浓椰浆 - 300ml thick coconut milk
半小茶匙 - ½ tsp salt
100~120克 幼糖 -  100~120g castor sugar

沾料 : Coating :
半粒 椰丝 -  shredded coconut from ½ coconut
2~3片班兰叶 -  2~3 Vegetables Pandan Leaf
半小茶匙 - ½ tsp salt
椰丝 中火蒸煮 5~7分钟 - Shredded coconut medium heat steaming for 5~7 minutes
