This is a weekend cake.
I added fresh lemon icing.

lighter than the pound cake, more moist than Genoise.

On weekends, let's bake a weekend Citron :)

Egg   73 g
Vanilla Extract
Sugar   54 g
Honey   8 g
Cake Flour   67 g

Unsalted Butter   65 g
Lemon Juice   10 g
Lemon Zest   1/2ea

Sugar Powder   75 g
Lemon Juice   15 g

Pistachio for Decoration
