The purpose for each of these exercises is designed to build balance, explosive power, consistent velocity, body awareness, and core strength.
Complete all exercises on both sides of your body! This is a great workout to develop functional strength and to learn how to move better as an athlete, or more specifically as a baseball player. These are game like movements for a hitter, pitcher and defender.

My recommendation is to start out doing 3 sets of 8 on each side (3x8 each).
