Glenmorangie Lasanta 12-Year-Old Single Malt
Glenmorangie Lasanta 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky begins its journey as the Glenmorangie Original, aged 10 years in ex-Bourbon casks, BUT what makes this the Lasanata is this batch then gets an extra-long 2-year finish in ex-Sherry casks. That's right I said casks (plural)! This is aged for two additional years in both Oloroso and PX sherry casks to be exact. A dual sherry finishing that separates this from its younger brothers. The Lasanta was developed with sunsets in mind. So, what do you get when you sample this whiskey? Bottled at 46% ABV / 92 Proof, this has an MSRP of $49.99.
