Ingredients:
Beef - ½ kg (Cut into small pieces)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Shallot paste - 4 tbsp
Coconut bits
Coriander powder - 1½ tbsp
Chilly powder - to taste
Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp
Garam Masala - to taste
Curry leaves
Salt

For frying:
Shallots (Thinly sliced)
Curry leaves
Dry chilly (Crushed)
Green chilly (Slit open )
Coconut oil

Steps:
Pressure cook beef along with ginger garlic paste, shallot paste, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coconut pieces, salt and curry leaves for one whistle on high flame and for another 15 minutes on medium flame. (Add half glass water, if required)
Open the cooker once the pressure releases.
Switch on the stove and let the water evaporate.
Once the beef becomes dry, switch off.

Heat coconut oil in a thick bottomed pan.
Add green chillies and sauté well.
Add shallots, curry leaves and dry chillies.
Once the shallots become hot, add beef and mix well.
Cook for half an hour on a medium flame stirring occasionally.
Switch off.
