This Kerala style beef roast is very popular among Kerala street foods, commonly known as "thattukada beef roast" which is served with Kerala porotta.
Even though its considered as a best combo with kerala porotta, it goes well with chappathi, rice, appam and many more. The recipe of beef roast is very similar to Kottayam style naadan beef curry(achayan style pothularthu) but here it's done in a slow roasting method.
Right amount of all spices brings out the flavor to this dish.
