Here's a detailed video tutorial on how to Downgrade Earlier macOS On MacOS Monterey after Upgrade on Macbook Pro/Air, iMac, Mac Mini.

Download Big Sur from app store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-b...
Command line:-
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/MyVolume
for that we need the macOS BIg Sur setup file to create macOS big Sur bootable USB installer drive on your Mac that's running on Monterey. Just follow these tricks to forcefully get the Big Sur setup file on your mac app store.
Do google like Download MacOS big sur on the mac app store, see the link for Bug sure setup file and click on the get button to start the download process on the next popup that's a software update.
Now, wait for the download save on your Mac. and will appear on the applications folder. Let's we check later on after downloading the complete.
and here I downloaded MacOS Big sure setup, but this setup we can't install on Mac directly. Now Plugged USB Flash drive at least 16 GBs and run the create installation media command in the terminal to create a bootable drive, Terminal command is given in the video description.
Just replace My volume with your USB flash drive name. Here's his so I am placing this in the terminal. and hit the return key from the keyboard to run the command.
Now, Enter your Mac login password to start the operation. also, press the y key from the keyboard to confirm the verification. as soon as your Mac is Preparing the drive by copying the Big Sur setup file to a USB flash drive. You will see the Process in percentage. Wait for 100% and Get Message your Media file path.
So, Now Keep attached your bootable flash drive on Mac, and install a fresh copy for big Sur from Startup screen.
I recommend taking a backup of your Mac because it will erase all of your Mac data completely. See link in the video description, For taking full backup in Time Machine in external Drive.
For intel mac, Restart your Mac and Quickly Press and Hold on the Option key from the keyboard after you hear startup sound from your Mac. Until you see the Startup volumes, install macOS Big Sur USB installer on-screen.
Select the installer drive and continue with the setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions.
For M1 Mac, Shut down your Mac, and Press and Hold on the power button until you see the Startup volumes and Options on your screen. just select, the install MacOS Big Sur installer drive to start the setup of Big Sur on Mac.
Follow the on-screen guide to complete the installation. that's it.
