👉What Should you Do before Downgrade your macOS?

1. Check your macOS Compatibility
Before start to downgrading your macOS, check the compatibility first. You need to make sure that your hardware is compatible with the existing system

👉Method 1: Downgrade macOS from Internet

Press and hold down the Power button while your Mac starts as it shows the Apple Logo and makes the startup chime. Let go of the Power button once a message appears that says "Loading Startup Options” When the screen loads, click on Options to enter the Recovery Mode window.

In macOS Utilities, select Reinstall macOS and click Continue. Click Continue again and agree to the terms of the software. Now, follow the simple on-screen instructions. Once complete (it may take some time), follow the installation instructions and set up macOS Big Sur.

👉Method 2: Downgrade macOS using USB Drive
To downgrade macOS using USB Drive you need to download image file of desired macOS from internet, you can find this link in video description. After downloading macOS image file, it’s time to format usb drive and make it bootable drive of your Mac OS.

Open disk utility and select USB Drive from left panel and format it to MAC OS extended journaled. Let’s go and do the next step.

Open terminal from launchpad and Type the following command: sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia-volume /Volumes/MyVolume and hit return

Make sure to replace “MyVolume” as your pendrive name. Enter your admin password if prompted. Wait for around 20 to 25 min to complete the process.
Now you can downgrade macOS Monterey by deleting it from your drive:

In the Apple menu, click Restart. Press and hold Command + R to reboot in Recovery. Access Disk Utility - click your drive - Erase. Choose APFS or macOS Extended and confirm you want to erase it.

For this step, please make sure your Mac is connected to the network and you have your bootable drive connected to Mac. Here’s what you need to do: In the Apple menu, click Restart. Press and hold Option. You’ll see a window with startup disk options — choose Big Sur installer. Click Continue and reinstall macOS. The whole process might take a while.
