How To Bake The Perfect Thanksgiving Turkey. A step by step guide to a juicy and flavorful turkey.

This turkey recipe is going to yield the best roasted turkey you ever tasted. It is flavored to the bone, and absolutely far, very very far from dry. Your guests will not only finish it up, but they will want you to always make that Thanksgiving turkey.
Ingredients:
1 whole turkey, neck and giblets removed
120 g fresh ginger root
2 medium sized lemons
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
3 sprigs of fresh oregano
1 branch fresh sage
1 stick (half cup) butter ( I used unsalted)
1 bulb og garlic
1 tablespoon onion power
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 32 oz (1 quart) carton free range chicken broth
salt to taste (about 2.5 - 3 tablespoons is what I used)
For dry herbs:
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Using a pan with a rack or having a bed for your turkey to lay on as it bakes is very necessary. The roasting pans don't come cheap, so if it isn't something you are looking to invest it, then please layer the bottom of the pam you will be using with vegetables like whole carrots, celery stalks and onions.
