This recipe yeilds such great corn bread you will be so so done with Jiffy and store bought corn bread. I hope you try it!
Ingredients:
1.5 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 stick (half cup) unsalted butter
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
2.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Bake in a 8×8 pan at 350F for 35-40 minutes
