Rigatoni with Four Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
1lb Rigatoni Pasta
2cups whipping cream
4oz Fontina
4oz Gorgonzola Cheese,  Danish Blue will work if you can’t find Gorgonzola
4Tbsp Parmesan and Romano blended together
Salt and white pepper to taste

Preparation:
Boil Rigatoni in salted water as per instructions
Warm cream and add Fontina and Gorgonzola and heat just enough to melt cheese
Turn fire to low and add freshly cooked pasta to cream and cheese sauce and mix in well.
Sprinkle in half of the grated cheese until blended in and salt and pepper to taste.
Finish off by sprinkling more of the parmesan blend on top and put in oven to brown under the broiler.  It won’t take long to brown, so keep an eye it!!!!!!
