If you're watching this video, I'm assuming you want to know how to get STRONG for CrossFit! Which is what this video series is all about. Welcome to part 1, where I teach you about the different kinds of strength you need to have to be successful in the sport of fitness.

I'll show you the strength pyramid, in which absolute strength makes up the base, or the foundation. This is the base that you build other types of strength on top of, which makes it a very important step that you can't afford to skip.

Find out where power, relative strength and skill comes into the equation so that you can start to build a plan around your own strengths and weaknesses.
