तांदळाच्या खीरसाठी साहित्य:

तांदूळ - पाव कप
फुल फॅट दूध - १ लिटर
साखर - अर्धा कप
साजूक तूप - १ मोठा चमचा
बदामाचे काप - १ मोठा चमचा
काजूचे काप - १ मोठा चमचा
चारोळी - १ मोठा चमचा
पिस्त्याचे काप - अर्धा मोठा चमचा
किसलेले सुके खोबरे - १ मोठा चमचा
केशर - १०-१२ काड्या
वेलची पावडर - अर्धा छोटा चमचा


Ingredients for Rice Kheer:
rice - one-fourth cup
full fat milk - 1 litre
sugar - half cup
ghee - 1 tablespoon
chopped almonds - 1 tablespoon
chopped cashew nuts - 1 tablespoon
chironji - 1 tablespoon
grated dry coconut - 1 tablespoon
chopped pista - half tablespoon
saffron threads - 10-12
cardamom powder - half teaspoon
