Sugar 0.6g (0.42g)
Sake 0.3g (0.2g)
Mirin 0.9g（0.6g
The recommended serving size for adults is twice that of infants.
For a household with 2 adults and 2 children, multiply by 6❁¨¨.

Easy-to-make portions
2 slices (100g) cod
1 and 1/3 teaspoons miso
Just under 1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon sake
A little over 1/2 teaspoon mirin
The cod will release a lot of its juices after baking, so line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cookie sheet on top to make cleaning the baking sheet easier.
