Hi, everyone :) today we'll show you how to make classic French Cookies: Sablé Diamant(French Diamond Shortbread) at home, easy, simply and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
* unsalted butter 56g
* powdered sugar 25g
* salt 0.5g
* lemon 1
* all-purpose flour 80g
* crystal sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Beat softened butter until creamy
2. Add sugar and salt, mix until combined
3. Zest a lemon with a zester or grater
4. Add sifted flour, until blended.
5. Shape the dough into a long cylinder
6. The diameter is about 3cm
7. Roll the dough in the sprinkle sugar to coat
8. Wrap with plastic film, chill at least 1 hour
9. Slice the dough about 1-1.5cm thick
10. Preheat the oven to 170℃ for 15-18 minutes
and we done, enjoy ^^
