How to Make Blueberry Bites at Home (ASMR)

Ingredients
150g blueberries (¾ cup)
100g yoghurt (½ cup)
20g honey (1 tbsp)
200g bitter chocolate chips (1 ¼ cups)
20g coconut oil (2 tbsp)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a small spoon, scoop out small portions of the blueberry-yogurt mixture and drop them onto the parchment paper to form small mounds.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the blueberry-yogurt mounds freeze for at least 1 hour, or until they are firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate) and add coconut oil. Mix until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen blueberry-yogurt mound into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-coated blueberry bites back onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Once all the blueberry bites are coated in chocolate, return the baking sheet to the freezer and let the chocolate set for about at least 30 minutes.
- Once the chocolate is set, your blueberry bites are ready to be enjoyed!
