Today's video features Singapore's hawker food. We'll start with something simple, a bowl of dumpling soup you can find at your local Wanton Mee store. This dumpling can be fried too if you want a crunchy texture. On this video, we'll show you on how to make an easy and quick soup to pair with the dumplings.

1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Chinese Wine
2 tsp Salt
3 tsp White Pepper
2 tsp Sugar
1 pc Egg
3 tbsp Cornstarch
4 tbsp Flounder Powder
Soup Base Recipe
2 pc Chicken Carcass
60 g Anchovies
1 pc White Turnip
4 L Water
