1. Supine bicycle - The supine bicycle pose is a core-strengthening exercise that is known for targeting the abdominal muscles, including the rectus abdominis and obliques.
2. Chair w/ blocks to standing backbend -Chair pose is a powerful yoga pose that strengthens the legs, glutes, and core while also enhancing balance and stability, but when a use a block and hold over your head while doing chair pose, it instantly becomes a full body pose, strengthening you back.
Standing backbend is a pose that helps to stretch and strengthen the spine, open the chest, and improve flexibility. Again, when you use a yoga block and hold over your head while doing the backbend, it instantly becomes a full body pose, strengthening you back.
3. Side angle to reverse warrior - Side Angle is yoga pose that stretches the legs, hips, and sides of the body while building strength and stability.
Reverse Warrior is a dynamic yoga pose that combines elements of strength, flexibility, and balance.
